Returns and refunds for handmade creations
Handmade product principle
Or de Carthage products are handmade or hand-finished. Small differences in color, texture, shape or finish may occur and are part of the authentic handmade character of each item.
Eligible returns
A return request may be accepted when the item received is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or not compliant with the order confirmation. The product must be unused and returned, when possible, in its original packaging.
Customized creations
Personalized, made-to-order or customized handmade creations are generally not refundable unless they arrive damaged or do not match the confirmed order.
Refund processing
After the returned item is received and checked, the customer is informed about the refund, replacement or store credit decision according to the case.
